Lead-times are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time. If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days from initial notification of arrival, the invoice must then be paid in full. Artek was founded in Helsinki in 1935 by four young idealists: Alvar and Aino Aalto, Maire Gullichsen, and Nils-Gustav Hahl. Their goal was “to sell furniture and to promote a modern culture of living by exhibitions and other educational means.
