DELIVERY
- Delivery lead times
To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Delivery lead times are as follows:
NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and ACT metro areas between 5 and 10 business days.
Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns) between 10 and 15 business days. - Delivery method
The delivery method will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. Where appropriate, we use experienced freight and delivery partners to ensure products are handled with care.
- Tracking your order
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
- Signature on delivery
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery and someone will need to be there to receive the goods.
- Delays
We will contact you if we become aware of any significant change to the expected arrival time. Please keep in mind that international orders may remain in production or transit for extended periods without frequent status updates from suppliers or freight providers. - Insurance
All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.
