To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Delivery lead times are as follows: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and ACT metro areas between 5 and 10 business days. Non–‐metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns) between 10 and 15 business days.


Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, you can track your order by visiting www.anibou.com.au/track-my-order/  and entering your order number provided on your receipt and your confirmation email.


All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery and someone will need to be there to sign and receive the goods.


Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased online do not come pre-assembled. All our products include step by step instructions on how to assemble.  You can download the instructions directly from our site by visiting www.anibou.com.au/product-care-assembly-instructions/

We accept payments via PAYPAL. PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment.  You DO NOT need a paypal account to make a Paypal payment. PAYPAL accepts payment by credit card from AMEX, Mastercard and VISA along with PAYPAL account payments.


Anibou is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or full refund.


All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.


Anibou guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 24 months from the date of original delivery.

In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement,  whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy. It should also
