Harry Seidler and Associates Vienna Housing project
The project originated from the need to bridge over a major road running between the Danube and a group of apartment buildings causing constant noise problems. Seidler proposed that the bridging costs could be met by constructing carefully placed new apartments on top of the bridge. The result is 850 new living units and no noise.
