This two-bedroom apartment is in a 60's harbour-side building. It looks east towards Darling Point. The brief was to totally replan and refit. The work included new floors, ceilings, lighting, central air conditioning, kitchen and bathrooms. The building also has its own 40m-seawater pool, jetty, BBQ area and lawn.
